 Fits my MSI 15.4 in Notebook perfectly September 8, 2010

I have been using this product for a couple of weeks and I must say it works.
Fits my notebook really well, and the edges of the case frame out the shape for added protection.
The bumps on the inside provide shock support which gives me peace of mind and I also like the orange outline accents.
Would buy again if I had another 15.4 inch notebook.
If it fit tighter just a smidgen more I would give every category 5 stars.

This bag is wonderful. It fits my Dell Insprion like a glove, but let me tell you why I call it a bag for my bag. I often have to make a meeting where a coffee shop helps me kill time between stops. I have a large over the shoulder laptop bag which holds the kitchen sink and perhaps even the dish rack too. There is a pocket for the laptop, but I throw so much stuff in all the various pockets when I am in a hurry, I risk placing something that will shift position and end up in the laptop pocket. The Dell has a beautiful glass-like outer shell and I don't want it scratched by my iPod, cordless mouse, pens, and all the other junk I toss in the bag.
This bag in a bag allows me to easily slip the laptop into it and then place the entire bag in the pocket in my big bag. It never shifts and it is incredibly protective. The bag is a 'perfect' fit for a 15.4" laptop. The only extras that will fit in the bag is a few USB memory sticks, or a mouse pad, but NOT the power cord or anything else too thick or too large. If you're looking for a perfect bag, this is it.
Oh, often, when I go to a meeting, the only thing I need is the laptop. It is so convenient to simply pull this bag out of my big bag and then see my client. When I enter with my laptop in this sleeve, it is impressive, thin, and ultra convenient.
That's my two-cent worth.

I am more than happy purchasing this product. It has an excellent professional finish(not a cool one, though). The handle is pretty nice. Perfect snug fit for my 15" 9 cell batteried laptop.

There's not really any need to do any in-depth reviews on this case given the hundreds of already positive review. However, I do want to point out some of the more technical aspects of this case since there are very few actual size measurements given out. According to Microsoft's (Samsill) laptop measurements provided by a tag on the sleeve - 14.5 x 12.0 x 1.25.
Despite their official measurements, it's pretty much wrong with the exception of the depth.
My HP DV6T Select Edition measures almost 15" wide (14.88") and it fits snugly enough without being too tight, making it possible to fit something here measuring up to almost 15" wide. The height - while my laptop is pretty slim, it measures up to 1.3" thick at its thickest portion. It's not too far from the official measurements, but it's far from being tight enough. Though I did attempt to stick in a 2004 Sony Vaio that was a whopping 2+" thick and it somehow managed to fit, though I couldn't zipper it mainly because the thickest portion was something in excess of 2.something inch. So if your laptop's not super fat, it should fit just fine in here (1.5-1.75"~ max).
As for depth, my laptops only 9-10" in depth so I have something like 2 extra inches of clearance, though I'm guessing that 12" sounds about right.
